"Best insurance agency we’ve had! I love the fact that we can walk into the office any time with questions. No phone banks! At our last visit, Jessica explained our policies and made some recommendations based on our lives. Curtis also came in and was ready to discuss any concerns or questions we might have. We chose this agency based on advice from our auto body shop and the fact that they had a local office. We have not been disappointed!"

"Purchasing insurance a pleasure? Well, it was for my wife and me. Meeting Tarla and Curtis was in fact, a pleasure. State Farm should be proud to have such a well-run, professional and personable agency. Our time spent in the office was informative and productive. Tarla thoughtfully guided us through the applications and provided insights into best coverage practices. Curtis helped me understand some basic insurance concepts that have evaded me over the years. "I’ve been with State Farm for 35 years, that alone tells you I’m pretty impressed with their service. I’ve had Curtis Boyd as my agent for 30 years, the amount of time I’ve lived in CT. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure to speak with have been exceptional to deal with, they are kind, knowledgeable and always friendly. They explain all the options available and always help me to get the best rate and coverage for my needs. Throughout the years I’ve had auto, rental, jewelry and home owners insurance and I never feel like I’m being sold to, and always feel like a valued customer. Today I spoke with Jessica McArdle, which I believe was the first time we have spoken, again amazing service. She was both knowledgeable and personable helping me get the right coverage for my needs."

"In an age in which "making a payment" is ultra easy, but "getting help" is excruciatingly difficult (or impossible), State Farm has been a breath of fresh air. It was, in fact very easy, to sign up for coverage online. But when I needed to make a change and get extra information and assistance, I was able to make a phone call and immediately talk to an actual person. Not some stranger from another state or country, but a real human being with a local office that I could actually visit. And that is what I eventually did. Kevin and Jessica at the Groton office were both excellent, offering real customer service and demonstrating honest salesmanship. I originally went for renter's insurance, but I also added car insurance and signed up for their credit card. Most of my experiences these days with getting assistance from any service or company are extremely painful: hours spent navigating automated options, listening to AI voices, wasting time on "FAQ" pages that do nothing to address my issues, etc. State Farm was the opposite of all that. If you want down-to-earth, old school, real customer service from a human being, call or visit State Farm in Groton. (P.S. In addition to service, their product was also much better than my previous plan. My monthly payment was cut in half and the coverage is superior.)"
